Jimihatt of Guerrilla Cuisine (videoblog)

blog videoblog

I’ve known Jimihatt of Guerrilla Cuisine for a couple of years now, I have been trying to test my video skills and asked him if he wouldn’t mind lending a hand. In this video he shows off his firearms collection and talks alittle about Guerrilla Cuisine… If you haven’t been to a dinner yet, you are truly missing out. Leave some comments, so I can get some critiques about the work…I’m still learning.

sickness, bruh. i like what got going with this video stuff. the scenes where he is NOT in front of the painting with seem to have better lighting and thus look better to me.

next you need to feature a black dude from North Charleston…wonder were you can find one of those.

Your video skills are there, but it looks like a guy just playing with guns and talking too serious. Yeah, an AK-47 in the frame has an iconic and visceral effect. So what? Contrast it with more food shots, anything that contrasts with such an easy visual hit. It would be stronger with some kind of reference point, especially because I know what he does. Guns about food is an inside joke to people who know about Guerilla Cuisine. I guess my critique would be to always make videos (and photos, for that matter) that can stand on their own.
